Electric Diaphragm Pump

Description

The KNKE Electric Diaphragm Pump uses an efficient cycloid reducer for driving power. It operates with a crank and slider mechanism, which drives dual diaphragms in a reciprocating motion. This action creates alternating volume changes in the working chambers. The pump can continuously suction and discharge fluids. Recent advancements in diaphragm materials and production processes have significantly enhanced diaphragm durability. As a result, electric diaphragm pumps are used more frequently in the petrochemical, ceramics, and metallurgy industries. They are often replacing centrifugal and screw pumps, especially in low-pressure applications where discharge pressure is ≤3 kgf/cm².
