The KNKE Metal Tube Rotameter operates by using a float that moves within the measuring tube. As the flow rate increases, the float rises until the buoyant force balances the float’s weight, stabilizing its position. This position is directly proportional to the flow rate. The float’s position is then transmitted via an internal magnet to the external indicator, providing real-time flow measurements. This unique design ensures that the indicator housing does not come into direct contact with the measuring tube, which allows the meter to operate reliably under high temperature and high-pressure conditions.
